Wired makes you change passwords every 6 mos! Not a good thing for elderly disabled with memory problems. They locked my account with $50+ in it because I couldn't remember my password or where I put the paper with the info. Then they demanded to know "my last 3 transaction amounts & deposit"!!! WTF!! Do you remember your last 3 transactions? Acct still locked with MY MONEY!!! Watch them steal it all with monthly fees etc! Their call center is out of country of course, so you have to deal with CSRs who speak little English.

Difficult to get into my wp card account on the website...I wish there were an app. needed a new one. I requested it 5/27/21 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; received it 6/7/21. It was 7-10 business days like they promised.

Lack of accountability.

One week ago, I sent, via Western Union, money to my Wired Plastic account. Usually, the money is available on my card within minutes, if not seconds of completion of the transfer.

5 days have now passed and the deposit is not available in my account. 5 calls over 5 days and no solutions, no money. Yet, Wired Plastic is sure dam well charging me 95 cents for each customer service call. I've jumped through every request (faxing, then emailing copies of my Western Union receipt) made by Wired Plastic customer support.

Always keep your receipts because Wired Plastic customer support won't help you (as if they can actually help you with anything other than a litany of apologies) if you can't prove you sent money. Wired Plastic customer support is not there to solve problems, they are there to clear calls as fast as possible regardless of any actual problem being resolved. So, with all that said, its now Saturday July 11th, 2020 and my deposit is still not available. An interesting comment slipped out when talking to a Western Union agent about possible solutions (such as a direct refund from Western Union) .

She said that I was one of hundreds of calls they had received that day (July 8th, 2020) so far regarding their Wired Plastic transfers.

That's my nickles worth of comment on Wired Plastic. Cheers to all.

Closed acct verification

I need to get verification that my acvount has been closed as of September 2019. I lost my card in September and called it in. My deposit from Sealaska was on this account and I was issued a dividend march 31 2020 and it is not in my own bank account and may have been sent to this wiredplastic acvount. I am trying to trace my check and verify if my acvount with wiredplastic has been closed and or is still active. I was supposed to have been sent my wired plastic card as just a renewable in April. They claim they sent it to my address I never got it. When I asked to have a replacement card sent because the card they sent me before my expiration date was due never came they told me it would cost me money to have it expedited to me. It was their fault I did not get the card in the first place. They had my right address my right phone number. I have direct deposit that goes to that card and cannot even get to my money. After 10 years of being with wired plastic I closed my account. I would not even give them a 1-star rating. They need to have operators that speak English. So disappointed.

I get at least 8-10 text every day about a Card I DO NOT HAVE! I can not get them to STOP sending text everyday. I DO NOT HAVE AND WILL NEVER HAVE THEIR CARD.... WHAT THE *** IS GOING ON. Wtf

Go to the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SOUND AS IF THEYRE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY & YOU CANNOT ASCERTAIN ANY ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS WHEN A MISTAKE IS MADE.

When I tried to contact I couldnt get anyone to help me get my money returned when they mistakenly took money from the account.

Not able to talk to customer service representative

Last week I called to cancel lost card...and get a new card express...I was told to call back when I have money on my card to pay for 2-3 day express shipping...which is today....I can't set it up because I can't talk to a live representative over the phone because my card number is canceled...I can't even get past the automative part because..again as I stated earlier... my card # has been canceled.....what can I do? .....how can this be resolved...my rent is do in 3 days

Unable ti speak to customer service representative

I called in my lost card last week... to get a express card sent. My card was canceled. I was told to call back when I get money on my card to pay for the 2-3 day express delivery ...which is today.....I tried to call and speak to customer service but since my card has been canceled I cannot get past the automative system. I can't login in either because I list my card don't know what the three numbers are on the back of my card... I only know the last four numbers on my lost card that was canceled. Can I be sent an express card today. I have funds on my card now. Please send 2-3 day express shipping...and can someone call me now A.S.A.P....my rent is do in 3 days...911

First my account was closed on the without any mail or phone correspondents. The reason for the closer was terms and conditions. Now they have over thousand dollars of mind and won't return it for 4 weeks. The wired plastic is a bancorp card. Please stay away from this two companys wired plastic and bancorp.

Been with them for over 7 years eveything was good they would send my replacement card fast for the one that expired and they did not this time. My card expired my its beem about 3 weeks no card my electric is late and now storage is late...rent is late and they wont expididte a card unless i pay for the cost of shipping. Really after all this time they screw me!
